Job Summary:

This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, or Chicago.

What you’ll do:

  1. Participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director.
  2. With guidance from the Supervisor, write/populate the proposals/SOWs in response to client inquiries for new business.
  3. Build and maintain client relationships.
  4. Debrief with Sr Acct D/Acct D regularly.
  5. Moderate specific meetings/calls/email communications with client stakeholders, ensuring a client-centered approach to all communications.
  6. Oversee all notetaking during meetings/calls (internal and client-facing); send prompt recaps to all appropriate parties.
  7. Coordinate the resources needed to service project scopes by developing/owning strategic operational plans, i.e., creative briefs, project plans, status spreadsheets, hot sheets, meeting recaps, etc., balancing client expectations alongside the execution of successful work output.
  8. Follow and implement each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's milestone delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc.
  9. Work in close partnership with PM to ensure the smooth production process of all scopes of work.
  10. Review timelines created by PM to ensure dates align to client SOP and needs.
  11. Collaborate with PM to meet client submission deadlines and expectations.
  12. Drive the creation of billable job codes.
  13. Assist Sr Acct D/Acct D at monthly revenue recognition meetings with any insights that may inform accruals.
  14. Work with PM to understand project burn against the original budget; communicate updates to Sr Acct D/Acct D.
  15. May mentor/coach and supervise junior staff.
  16. May work with Supervisor to determine a professional growth plan where a direct report can further develop skillsets, contribute to the organization, and feel professionally satisfied.
  17. Effectively collaborate with members across the entire team to succeed.
  18. Ensure procedures are being followed by team members.
  19. Contribute and/or provide feedback to Supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution-oriented focus.

Pay Range: $85,000-$100,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
