A highly successful boutique financial planning and wealth management advisory is hiring Administrative Assistant / Operations Specialist . This operational support role focuses on fielding phone calls from clients, calendar management, opening accounts, processing firms, money movement, trades, etc. The goal is to streamline operations for the firm's Financial Advisors and provide an excellent client experience.


Keys to an interview: Administrative Assistant | Wealth Management

  • At least 3-4 years' administrative support and client service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Interest in working for a Financial Planning and Wealth Management Advisory. Prior related industry experience nice to have, but not required.
