The recruitment

Our goal is to make the interview process as fair as possible and limit biases while keeping it fun, engaging, and transparent. With the CPM Recruitment process, candidates have equal opportunities to provide information and are assessed accurately and consistently.

Review Process

1. We review applications for a variety of criteria.
2. Candidates are asked to answer questions and submit answers via video.
3. Informal discussion to get to know you better.
4. One-on-one meeting to explore further.
5. Team Panel to explore what it would be like to work & collaborate with future colleagues.
6. Finalists meet the leaders of the department.
7. Feedback is gathered and an offer is extended to the best fit.
