Reporting to the (Senior) Brand Manager, you will identify and evaluate key business issues and drivers, interpret market data to take advantage of opportunities, design solutions to address consumer demand and minimize adverse trends, and use an evidence-based approach to define 3-5 year growth strategies. You will guide brand development projects from idea to execution through the stage gate process and be the project integrator, leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Compensation:
Annual Base Salary: $99,000.00 - $128,000.00. The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employeeβs actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level, and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employeesβ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
