Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Experience : Elevate guest satisfaction by implementing measures to ensure every interaction reflects the venue’s dedication to exceptional service.
- Inventory Control : Oversee inventory management, conduct regular audits, and forecast supply needs to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Creative Menu Development : Partner with the culinary team to design and update a creative, trend-driven cocktail menu that aligns with guest expectations and industry innovations.

Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in a leadership role within a luxury hospitality or high-end bar setting.

- Advanced knowledge of mixology, including both classic and contemporary cocktail preparation.
- Competence in maintaining professionalism and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
