Description:
- Responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating facility related operations, maintenance, and policy and procedures.
- Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to develop strategies.
- Monitors facilities to ensure they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Directs and coordinates building engineers and vendors.
- Schedules and coordinates building testing. Prices and coordinates repairs and maintenance.
- Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assists with budgeting and advising on projects.
- Helps understand metrics for scorecard creation and project execution.
