Role :Central Systems and Electrical Architecture Engineer
Location: Lisle, IL (Onsite from Day 1)

Responsibilities:
Develop electrical system specifications and requirements.
Lead the development of system FMEA documentation.
Define and execute system test processes.
Solve problems and implement solutions to hardware and control software issues.
Work in a team, contributing to continuous improvement activities through Lean projects, technical knowledge capture, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science.
At least 5 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science.
Experience in functional areas such as Electric Vehicle Electronics, Embedded Vehicle Electronics, Central System Functionality (e.g., Odometer, Power Controls), Vehicle Communications and Network, and Cybersecurity.
Embedded hardware design and development experience.
Experience with Vehicle, Powertrain, or Engine Controls System design.
Knowledge of engineering and quality design methodologies (8D, FMEA, DVP&R).
CAN and/or J1939 development and debugging experience.
Experience with Vector CANalyzer/CANoe, MS Visio, and requirement documentation.
Strong system engineering background.
Desired Skills:
Experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) electronics and embedded system design.
Familiarity with cybersecurity within vehicle networks.
Proficient in system engineering documentation and process improvements.
