Your role requires precision use of AutoCAD and proficiency with Civil3D tools as well as expertise in erosion control measures such as grading practices or sediment management strategies-all essential skills that contribute toward sustainable infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams through all phases including concept design.
• Provide oversight while maintaining progress against deadlines & budgets.
• Mentor budding engineers fostering their professional growth.

Essential Skills Required:

• Land Development expertise in the industry is desired
• Stormwater Management: Develop comprehensive plans addressing water runoff impacts due to precipitation events
• Subdivision Design: Create functional residential layouts optimizing space utilization & aesthetics
• Drainage Systems Planning: Ensure appropriate implementation minimizing flood risks
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil3D: Utilize industry-standard software effectively throughout different stages
