Responsibilities:
· Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda
· Create deposition outlines
· Draft and review discovery responses, as well as analyze discovery responses for case strategy
Required Qualifications:
· 6 or more years of litigation experience
· Experience drafting motions, including discovery and summary judgment motions, and motions to dismiss
