We have a client looking for a Compensation Analyst for a contract role
This is a long term contract role that can be done remote. W2 only, No C2C.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Compensation Consultants and may collaborate and act as the internal consultant to HR Consultants and business leadership on compensation-related issues
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of salary administration programs including salary structures, merit and promotional guidelines, and short term incentive
- Completes job evaluations, comprehensive market analysis and creates accurate job descriptions aligned with best practices
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of compensation experience
- Experience with Workday a plus
- Excellent communication
