As our
Corporate Account Specialist (CAS), you will play a key role in the Corporate Accounts Team by helping "Create customers for life" by supporting the Corporate Account Managers and Corporate Account Executives achieve strategic goals and initiatives. You will assist in putting together business reviews, onboarding of new customers, processing customer reports, and working cross-functionally to complete price adjustments.
Responsibilities: - Customer onboarding: Ensure required documentation has been submitted and on file; complete system up through AS400 and project management software; process price file audit for price parity and contract compliance; coordinate location validation; attend all necessary internal onboarding meetings; process location crib crawls
- Compiles data for customer business reviews, rebates, price adjustments, and catalogs
- Process all assigned recurring reports
- Analyze data to make recommendations for ad hoc reports and audits.
- Execute interdepartmental requests submitted through the shared inbox and respond in a timely manner.
- Manage low-profile corporate customers by working cross-functionally to complete price adjustments and rebates.
- Complete analysis for price file uploads to prevent loading low-profit pricing
- Assist with researching, verifying, and releasing order holds for low profit and price discrepancy flags when CA Associate is not available
- Other tasks as assigned
NOTE : This is an salaried position, working 4 days a week in office (Monday through Thursday), with Friday working remote.
Requirements - Associate Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) or 2 years equivalent experience
