Our client is looking for a Corporate Building Manager
This is a long term contract that must be done onsite 5 days per week in the Deerfield area
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating facility related operations, maintenance, and policy and procedures
- Monitors facilities to ensure they are safe, secure, and well-maintained. Directs and coordinates building
- Directs and coordinates building engineers and vendors
- Schedules and coordinates building testing
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of building management experience
- Experience with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to develop strategies
