About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Representative to manage inbound calls, conduct lead intakes, provide consultations, and use HubSpot to improve customer relationships. This hybrid role (1-2 days remote) is based in Skokie, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and support.
- Conduct lead intakes and gather information on prospective clients.
- Provide consultations, address concerns, and offer tailored solutions.
- Utilize HubSpot for customer interactions, lead tracking, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with teams for seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for customer satisfaction and retention improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies.
- Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proficient in Google Suite and HubSpot.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- SaaS or tech industry experience a plus.
- Knowledge of crypto or legal sectors is a bonus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
