About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Representative to manage inbound calls, conduct lead intakes, provide consultations, and use HubSpot to improve customer relationships. This hybrid role (1-2 days remote) is based in Skokie, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and support.
  • Conduct lead intakes and gather information on prospective clients.
  • Provide consultations, address concerns, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Utilize HubSpot for customer interactions, lead tracking, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with teams for seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for customer satisfaction and retention improvements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and HubSpot.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • SaaS or tech industry experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of crypto or legal sectors is a bonus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
