A specialty services company in Illinois is actively seeking a new onsite Customer Service Representative for a promising position with their team in the Greater Chicago area. In this role, the Claim Specialist will be responsible for managing customer queries & complaints as well as processing orders, modifications, and escalating complaints across a number of communication channels.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Managing a team of Jr. Customer Service Representatives, as needed
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Customer Service-related experience
  • Computer savvy
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
