Summary: The Intern assists the Data Engineering team in the areas of analysis, engineering, and analytics.
Primary Responsibilities: - Independently develop, test, and implement planned enhancements to support emerging business needs.
- Leverage technologies such as Databricks, Python, Power BI, and C# in development tasks.
- Assist the team in conducting data and system analysis.
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to accomplish project objectives.
- Apply Calamos SDLC standards in all areas of development.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or equivalent degree program.
- Previous IT internship experience preferred.
- Basic SQL programming skills.
- Have a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrate good communication, organization, inter-personal, analytic, and critical thinking skills.
- Exhibit the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
