Our client, a preeminent, large, full-service law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Chambers ranked debt finance practice group in Chicago.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading debt finance practice that focuses primarily on representing private equity funds, restructuring financing, and other corporate borrowers.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience with the structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructurings required.
• Leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, is preferred.
• Top law firm and law school credentials.
