Position Responsibilities

1. Create a legendary shopping experience on Uline.com for mobile and desktop users by providing digital merchandising insights.
2. Help improve related items and keyword web search relevancy for various types of products.
3. Conduct market research and evaluate customer behavior to make recommendations impacting our overall digital merchandising strategy.
4. Review web page design, content and functionality for clarity, consistency and ease of use.
5. Collaborate with Merchandising Product Teams and other departments including Creative, Internet and Direct Marketing.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 2+ years of business or marketing analytics experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
4. Ability to build strong relationships and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
