Director of Sales

We are currently seeking a talented and polished Director of Sales for an iconic full-service hotel in Downtown Chicago. This property offers guests a high-end experience with a wide range of amenities. The hotel is owned and managed by an industry-leading hotel management company and offers significant room for advancement. Base Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 plus 25% bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match and much more!

Director of Sales Qualifications:

• At least 5-7 years of hotel sales experience
• Experience leading a team
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong analytical abilities, including trend identification and strategic planning
• Four Star/Four Diamond/Luxury experience
• Marriott experience a plus
• Strong financial acumen
• Local to the Chicago market
