Position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Educational Consultants to provide private tutoring services to students. Consultants will work closely with students to identify their academic needs, create customized lesson plans, and communicate progress effectively with families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct private, one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to the student’s individual needs.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans aligned with the student’s curriculum and learning goals.
- Provide clear, regular communication with families regarding the student’s progress and areas of focus.
- Support students in improving their academic skills and building confidence in their learning abilities.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Licensed teachers with relevant experience.
- Accepted: Students pursuing a degree in education or a related field with a strong interest in teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to individual students.
