ERP Systems Analyst

We are pleased to offer the current job opportunity for an ERP Systems Analyst within our IT department. This position provides complex technical support and performs specialized duties for the ERP system and applications throughout the County.

Responsibilities:

• Performs as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the County
• Designs, develops and maintains reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users
• Designs, develops and maintains automated workflow processes
• Works with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and set up
• Assists ERP systems users with data conversion
• Assists with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment
• Creates documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users
• Assigns appropriate system access to users at various levels throughout the organization
• Establishes set procedures and management of various employee profiles with Lawson Security Administration and MHC Automation
• Works with Document Express and Document Self Service for payroll data
• Works throughout the County to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
• Analyzes and troubleshoots ERP system issues reported by end users

Requirements:

Requirements include the following experience or equivalent combination of training and experience:

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
• Five (5) years of information technology or Enterprise Resource Management systems analyst experience

The preferred candidate will have experience and/or knowledge with the following:

• Infor Lawson
• Ming.le
• Lawson Business Intelligence
• MHC Automation
