HR Workday Representative

3-month W2 contract with the potential to be extended or converted
Compensation:
$35-$37/hr
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations for large organizations; manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Time Tracking and Absence through to Payroll.
• Knowledge of Attendance Tracking and its complexity
• Deep understanding of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• The ability to interact and collaborate effectively across internal and external cross-functional teams in a positive manner that generates confidence and trust.
Preferred:
• Workday Time Tracking & Absence certification preferred qualification for the role
• Bilingual helpful but not necessary
