Growing organization is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeingand managing all human resources operations and compliance. The ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience and has prior leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle all employee relations for multiple business units
- Lead full cycle recruitment
- Develop, update and put into place HR policies
- Make updates and changes to the employee handbooks
- Develop career development initiatives
- Maintain compliance with employment law and regulations
- Develop engagement programs to promote workplace culture
- Oversee a team of 2-3 individuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources with 2+ years in leadership
- SHRM-CP, PHR a plus but not required
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus but not required
