Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of technology sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Farm X is a global distributor of agriculture equipment. We provide farming operations with high-quality ag equipment. We help agricultural manufacturers expand their global presence by offering sales, marketing, and logistics services.


Duties

• Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services (50+ per Day).

• Utilize PandaDoc to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.

• Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.


Qualifications

• 2 Years of required experience in inside sales or technology sales is preferred.

• Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

• Proficiency in using PipeDrive or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.

• Ability to perform outbound cold and warm calling with confidence and professionalism.

• Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.

• A background in customer service is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and expectations.
