Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role provides a great opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow within our organization. As an Inside Sales Specialist at Magenium, you will be a key player in our sales operations. You will support our sales representatives, ensure exceptional customer service, and gain comprehensive knowledge of our business practices, products, and services.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Track and analyze sales performance, reporting results to management.
  • Assist Business Development Managers with quotes, SOW reviews, and contract preparations.
  • Qualify leads through various channels.
  • Present service offerings and negotiate deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage sales pipeline and CRM activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Assist with bid requests and proposal preparations.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and promote Microsoft solutions.
  • Utilize Microsoft's funding programs and incentives to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams on lead generation campaigns.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and pricing.
  • Assist with credit and collection questions.
  • Address and escalate customer issues as needed.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Document all customer communications thoroughly.
  • Keep CRM current and up to date.

Knowledge Development:

  • Stay updated on industry and trends.
  • Conduct research to support sales efforts.
  • Understand Magenium/AVI’s business model and marketing materials.
  • Enhance technical knowledge of products through research and training.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Handle additional assignments and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Competitive and outgoing personality with excellent listening skills.
  • College education and strong communication skills.
  • 2 years plus of Inside Sales experience
  • Organized and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret various instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
