Position Highlights:

  • Position: Interventional Services Manager

  • Location: Highland Park Hospital

  • Hourly Pay Range: $51.66 - $95.79. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40hrs/wk)

  • Hours: Day Shift 8-4:30

  • Required Travel: As needed/ limited

What you will need:

  • License: Current licensure to practice Nursing in State of IL or ARRT

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or graduate of a Radiologic Technology program and Bachelor of Science in Healthcare related field required. Master's Degree in Nursing, Business or healthcare related fields preferred.

  • Certification: CPR/ BLS Certification required

  • Experience: Two years of previous management experience in interventional cardiac catheterization lab or interventional radiology preferred

  • Skills: Excellent organizational and analytical skills, familiarity with Excel

What you will do:

  • Responsible for the ongoing daily operations of the Interventional Radiology (IR) Lab and related services (Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and future programs-i.e. Pain Services)

  • Prepares and/or reviews recurring and special reports including the departmental financial and other operational reports

  • Interviews, hires, disciplines subordinate team members. Regularly evaluates the performance of team members in accordance with the hospital's performance management and resolves operational issues on day-to-day activities of staff

  • Meets regularly and works in clinical dyad relationship with physician leader(s) for subclinical area of service line

  • Actively participates in professional organizations. Involved in community activity. Maintains knowledge of Interventional Cardiology/Radiology/Neurology guidelines per standards and updates.
