IT Infrastructure Analyst
Purpose:
The Infrastructure Operations Center (IOC) is responsible for 24x7x365 monitoring and problem resolution related to Southern Company’s Technology Organization Infrastructure. These infrastructure components include but are not limited to mainframe systems, distributed computing systems, network and telecommunications systems.
Job Summary:
This is a frontline systems infrastructure analyst position responsible for monitoring and managing the Southern Company Services (SCS) distributed computing environment consisting of the IBM mainframe, Windows servers, Unix/Linux servers, web applications, Enterprise Storage, and Oracle and SQL Server databases. This includes monitoring, diagnosis, and resolution.

Pay Range: $74,881.00 - $102,961.10 USD null: Base salary varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
