Japanese / English Bilingual Finance Manager (35071)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Japanese and English Bilingual Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Japanese and English, possessing strong financial acumen and analytical skills. Your primary responsibility will encompass providing diligent support across diverse financial functions, thereby ensuring precision in reporting, meticulous analysis, and informed decision-making processes.

Responsibilities of Spanish/English Bilingual Assistant Finance Manager:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in both Japanese and English.
2. Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and identify trends.
3. Participate in financial planning activities, offering insights to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
4. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Manage and maintain financial databases and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
6. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
7. Monitor financial transactions and assist in reconciliations.
8. Assist in the evaluation of financial risks and opportunities.
9. Provide support in tax compliance and preparation activities.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both languages.

Qualifications of Spanish/English Bilingual Assistant Finance Manager:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Fluent proficiency in both Japanese and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
3. Demonstrated capacity for travel to our facilities located in Japan, canada, and nationwide in the USA.
4. Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related role.
5. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
6. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Adaptability to changing business requirements and priorities.

This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
