Java Technical Lead (Hybrid)

Location: Richardson, Texas (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. Good communication and facilitation in architecture design discussions, knowledge in Agile product development methodology.
2. Designing, developing, and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
3. Perform impact analysis for potential changes to rules from a business perspective.
4. Java/Java EE/Spring microservice technology stack knowledge.
5. Validate rules against the object model and data model.
6. Ensure designs follow specifications.
7. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and communicating these for architectural review.
8. Assist the project manager by compiling information from the current systems, analyzing the program requirements, and ensuring that it meets the specified time requirements.
9. Resolve moderate problems associated with the designed programs and provide technical guidance on complex programming.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge in healthcare operations.
2. Understanding of Java 8, Microservices, Spring Boot, API.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to participate actively in team meetings discussions; specialization in Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
4. Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality, and enhancing organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests.
5. Worked in Senior Technical Roles and have good experience of system study of complex applications.
6. Highly flexible technical expert with ability to master and work with a wide variety of technologies.
7. Knowledge on Java Full stack technology and delivered effectively, efficiently, on time, in specification, and in a cost-effective way.
