We have a client looking for a Junior Compensation Analyst for a contract to hire role


This is hybrid in the Deerfield area. W2 only, No C2C.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Compensation Consultants and may collaborate and act as the internal consultant to HR Consultants and business leadership on compensation-related issues
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of salary administration programs including salary structures, merit and promotional guidelines, and short term incentive
  • Completes job evaluations, comprehensive market analysis and creates accurate job descriptions aligned with best practices


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of compensation or HR related experience
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Excellent communication
