Marketing Specialist

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality infusion therapy services. With a focus on patient-centered care, they deliver customized treatment solutions to meet diverse patient needs in a compassionate and professional environment. They are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join their team and play a key role in executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
As a Marketing Specialist , you will support key commercial and marketing initiatives, including event planning, content management, budget tracking, and customer engagement. You will play an essential role in the execution of marketing strategies, communications, and competitor research, helping to position our client as a leader in the infusion therapy field.
Please note this is a contract role covering a maternity leave, but based off performance and business need could lead to permanent employment. This will be a part time role (25-30 hours/week) and will work on site at their corporate office in Bannockburn, IL 2 days/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays).
Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of key congresses, foundation initiatives, and customer engagement activities, driving business growth and increasing brand presence
• Manage and update marketing materials, including media platforms (e.g., Mediafly), Diamond, Master Claims, and other relevant content to ensure consistency and relevance in messaging
• Support the marketing team in tracking marketing budgets, managing invoices, and handling accounts payable, as well as managing relationships with vendors
• Oversee and manage the updates for the company website
• Support the execution of external communication initiatives, including scheduling and posting on social media, website, and launching commercial communications as part of the awareness calendar
• Assist in managing internal communication channels, including sales and marketing pages on the website, and support the launch of internal commercial communications aligned with the awareness calendar

Marketing Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing or communications, ideally in a commercial or sales driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Mediafly, Diamond) and budget management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
