The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator, F&O will report directly to the Director of Corporate Solutions. The role is responsible for managing and maintaining the Dynamics 365 environment including configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Dynamics 365– 40%
- Administering security roles and permissions and user access
- Planning and executing upgrades
- Stay informed about new features, updates and best practices
- Stakeholder Collaboration – 40%
- Manage projects and document
- Provide user training
- Participate in strategic planning related to the use of D365
- Design solutions
- Data, Processes, and Integrations– 20%
- Manage data imports and customization
- Facilitate integrations with D365 and other systems
- Documentation of workflows, process flows
Qualifications
License / Registration / Certification: Dynamics365
Issued by (Governing Body): Microsoft
Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
Field of Study (if applicable): Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Years of Experience: 6+ Years
Describe Type of Experience:
- 6+ years experience in D365.
- Hands-on experience in customizing Dynamics 365.
- Experience in project management and change management within F&O.
- Proficiency in the following finance modules:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- FlowX
- Fixed Assets
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $92K-$138K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
