Job Overview:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking two highly qualified Mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Health Care practice group in the Chicago office. The firm provides legal support to clients in various sectors of the health care industry, requiring candidates to possess expert knowledge of federal and Illinois state regulatory health care laws.

Duties:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on health care-related legal matters.
• Advise clients on compliance with health care laws and represent them in government audits and investigations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on health care regulations and trends.
• Draft, review, and negotiate health care agreements, contracts, and policies.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and applications.
• Work with partners on legal memoranda, presentations, and client communications.
• Stay updated on changes in health care laws and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of health care law experience, preferably at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory issues, including the False Claims Act, Stark Law, and HIPAA.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience coaching junior associates is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice in Illinois and in good standing.
