Mid-Market SaaS Sales Leader

We've been retained to locate a Mid-Market Sales Leader for a growing SaaS Market leader in the Supply Chain optimization and analytics space.

MY CLIENT:

  1. Grown to become the leader in their space. Foundation laid to enable large growth organically and through acquisition over the next 5 years.
  2. Doubled in size in the last two years from $20M to over $40M ARR.
  3. Huge Tier 1 customers including 7-11, UPS, Avis, and BP to name a few.
  4. Market Leader with 50 of the top 100 companies in their space as their clients.
  5. World class leadership team that is looking to mentor and grow talent at all levels.
  6. Looking for a leader to help manage and grow a mid-market sales team focused on the $500M and below marketplace.
  7. Complex SaaS/Software where mid-market deals range from $50k to $200k ARR.
  8. SaaS Supply Chain, analytics, EHS/ESG, Compliance, field service, or operational software would be a plus.
  9. This is a net new role due to the growth of the company and will start with a team of 3.
  10. Looking for a proven strategic leader that has great coaching, mentoring, and training skills and a passion to drive revenue growth.
