The Judge Group is in search of a National Sales Lead with experience selling into retail food channels. The ideal candidate will have worked in meat product sales and have an existing or recent book of business.
*This role is designed to grow into a sales management role for a candidate who demonstrates strong performance and leadership aptitude.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Ability to function within relationships between suppliers and vendors
- Analyze market trends and data
- Prospect new customer leads and identify new business opportunities
- Pricing negotiation with suppliers to leverage greater profitability
- Provide optimal customer service to optimize business relationships with customers
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in inside or outside sales in meat industry
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Experience prospecting new business partnerships
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
