Our client, a boutique full-service matrimonial law firm, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support their Lake Forest, Illinois office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage office resources
- Handle all aspects of financial management including bookkeeping, Accounting, AR/AP through QuickBooks
- Efficiently process monthly bills
- Liaise with an outside accountant for all tax-related matters
- Support overflow duties as required – Paralegal and Legal Assistant tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous office management experience within a law firm
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
- Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize work as required
- Superb administrative and managerial skills
- Previous experience as a legal assistant/paralegal will be beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
