Your Role:
- Conduct in-home assessments of customers' waterproofing, crawl space, and foundation needs.
- Build rapport, explain features and benefits of our solutions, and offer personalized proposals.
- Consult with customers, addressing their needs and closing sales.
- Enter job proposals into our CRM, keeping customer information up-to-date.
- Follow up as necessary, providing excellent customer service to finalize the sale.
- Offer financing options and collect payments and deposits.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp and improve performance.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license for travel to scheduled appointments.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative role.
- Knowledge of construction or foundation systems is a plus.
- Ability to learn and apply our 10-Step Sales Methodology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- You’re goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
