Your Role:

  • Conduct in-home assessments of customers' waterproofing, crawl space, and foundation needs.
  • Build rapport, explain features and benefits of our solutions, and offer personalized proposals.
  • Consult with customers, addressing their needs and closing sales.
  • Enter job proposals into our CRM, keeping customer information up-to-date.
  • Follow up as necessary, providing excellent customer service to finalize the sale.
  • Offer financing options and collect payments and deposits.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp and improve performance.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license for travel to scheduled appointments.

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative role.
  • Knowledge of construction or foundation systems is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and apply our 10-Step Sales Methodology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • You’re goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
