A Day in the Life

Provide technical, clinical and sales support, in collaboration with the sales team, within the region or assigned territory in support of the launch and adoption of the EP mapping and navigation system (Affera) and all products within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) business. Collaborates with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop and execute on short-and long-term strategies, including the growth of the mapping and navigation system. Overall technical, clinical and educational support for the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

1. Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
2. Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
3. Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
4. Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
5. Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
6. Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
7. Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
8. Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
9. Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
10. Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.

Qualifications

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, please ensure these minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

1. High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
2. Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
3. Bachelor degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Preferred Qualifications

1. B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.
2. Proven track record with technical training assignments.
3. Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support.
4. Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):150,000.00 -155,000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
