Program Leader, Security--Remote with Travel!

Position: Program Leader

Duration: 8 months, possible extensions

Location: Rolling Meadows, IL OR REMOTE with travel every 8 weeks

Must Haves:

• 15+years of senior program management experience
• 10+ years of consulting experience
• Experience having a minimum of 4 direct reports
• Experience managing at least $50MM
• Experience managing qualified projects in Insurance, Financial Services, or Healthcare industry verticals (highly regulated environment)
• Experience managing technical and non-technical projects
• Extensive experience creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations
• MBA
• Comfortable with domestic and international travel around every 8 weeks

Plusses

• IAM, authentication, authorization project experience

Day to Day:

The candidate is being engaged to provide senior program management and advisory services for the duration of the program. The candidate must have general management experience, as the program’s far-reaching scope demands engagement with IT and the business. In addition to the candidate’s IT experience, the candidate must have experience managing non-IT projects for large corporations and will be expected to detail these experiences.

The candidate will be responsible for synthesizing necessary business strategy for a specified effort into an IT strategy to deliver program scope with an executable plan. The plan will be scoped with enough detail to layout definitive timelines and a derived budget.

Compensation:

$80-100/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
