We are seeking a Project Architect candidate with 5-7 years of commercial experience, looking to take the next step in their career and become a part of our Architecture/Interiors team. You will be handling a broad range of responsibilities both individually on small projects and as part of a team on medium sized projects for commercial office, healthcare, hospitality and industrial tenant spaces, as well as new construction.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients on programming and design requirements
• Space Planning
• Work with Principals and Designers developing client presentations and permit/construction documents.

Qualifications:

• Architecture Degree (BA, BArch or MArch)
• Previous experience preparing construction documents on commercial building construction and interiors projects.
• Understanding of building systems, codes and standards.
• Experience in managing submittals
• Willingness to take on new challenges and grow professionally.
• Expertise with Revit.
• Ability to address tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Licensure a plus
