We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a pharmaceutical client , located in Chicago, IL . This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with a hybrid work schedule , requiring three days per week onsite.


In this role, you will assist Project Managers with the digital execution of internal communications initiatives and help maintain the company's internal web applications. You will play a key part in ensuring internal websites remain up-to-date, manage communications to affiliates, and support reporting and analytics efforts to measure engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers with the execution of internal communication initiatives, focusing on digital platforms.
  • Gather project requirements, oversee implementation, and manage the maintenance of internal web applications.
  • Ensure internal websites are current by coordinating content updates, including spotlight stories, brand resources, calendar events, and documents.
  • Execute communications to affiliates, such as newsletters and e-blasts, using tools like Staffbase.
  • Compile and analyze reports on communication open rates, web traffic, and other key metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in computer tools and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, tactical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Supportive, positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint O365 required.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
