This is a 6+ month contract an hybrid to Deerfield, Il area.


Corporate Purchasing Experience Required

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Outlook Email In-Box for team
  • Respond to general questions sent from users/vendors, related to process, system workflow and troubleshooting
  • Provide training to users via in-person or Teams meetings, or through email and Teams communications
  • Answer customer service line for Corporate Purchasing team
  • Create and manage reporting for team members and general users
  • Run weekly reporting for identified tasks
  • Review requests in the Oracle Purchase Order system and approve/deny based on criteria provided
  • Review compliance reporting and complete next steps based on the results of the review
