Job Summary: The Quality Manager (ISO standards) will lead the development and implementation of quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Advance QMS: Maintain and advance the current Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

• Conduct Internal Audits: Perform regular internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.

• Monitor Quality Objectives: Establish, monitor, and report on quality objectives and performance metrics.

• Document Control: Manage and update all ISO-related documentation and records.

• Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to employees on ISO standards and quality procedures.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and compliance.

• Liaise with External Auditors: Coordinate with external auditors during certification and surveillance audits. 

• Customer Focus: Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and maintained.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and performance improvement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools (Dynamics 365, CRM)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
