What You’ll Do

As a QC Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our quality operations, ensuring the integrity of our products from raw materials to finished goods. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Testing and Analysis : Conduct routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples following established methods (USP, NF, EP, JP, FCC, etc.).
  • Equipment Maintenance : Perform regular cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment to ensure accurate results.
  • Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain laboratory chemical and consumable material inventories for uninterrupted testing.
  • Document Review : Contribute to updating laboratory SOPs, test methods, and records, while providing peer review of documents as needed.
  • Support Development : Assist with initial and ongoing product development projects within the facility.
  • Maintain Lab Standards : Adhere to all safety protocols while keeping the lab clean, organized, and compliant with standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, if needed.

Experience & Background

  • Education : B.A./B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences (preferred).
  • Experience : 3-5 years in Quality, Laboratory, Clinical, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing roles.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Strong wet chemistry skills (e.g., titrations, pH, auto-titrations).
  • Instrumental experience with HPLC and GC (a plus, but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP (preferred).
  • Safety Knowledge : General understanding of lab safety and chemical hygiene practices.
