RPA Developer 4 months Riverwoods, IL - hybrid, 3 days onsite JOB DESCRIPTION - Develop and implement RPA and Intelligent Automation bots to streamline business processes, primarily using SS&C and Blue Prism software.
- Collaborate with business technology teams and developers to assess automation feasibility.
- Configure, code, and develop workflows based on detailed business requirements using Blue Prism RPA software, while also leveraging Python, Microsoft Power Automate, and other tools to complement automation efforts.
- Assist with bot deployment and automation process integration into production as needed.
- Partner with business and technology teams to create and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Perform detailed end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), post-production validations, and documentation to ensure quality and reliability.
- Accurately document, escalate, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Ensure all process changes are effective, accurate, and thoroughly documented.
- Conduct deep-dive workshops with process owners to gather and document detailed business process requirements.
- Actively participate in requirement gathering for current and future state workflow designs.
