Salesforce GTM Leader is a strategic executive responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Spaulding Ridge's Revenue Excellence business. As a visionary leader, the GTM Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that increase bookings, maximize cross-selling capabilities, and deepen client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a growth strategy for Salesforce, DocuSign, and data offerings.
- Identify, develop, and prioritize Salesforce market offerings that align with Revenue Excellence practice business needs.
- Spearhead market activities, events, relationship development, and thought leadership initiatives to drive awareness and sales pipeline.
- Lead high-level sales cycles and partner with cross-functional teams to support sales cycles effectively.
- Oversee Revenue Excellence sales pipeline and align with revenue targets for Salesforce and DocuSign service lines.
- Educate and enable client leaders on Salesforce and DocuSign offerings to drive adoption and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for expansion across existing relationships, delivering measurable results.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with partners and alliances that contribute to growth and market penetration.
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, hosting local events/forums, and driving unique solutions that resonate with the market.
- Engage with Delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagements.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully scaling new markets or offerings within a consulting environment.
- Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Salesforce cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams of consultants, sales executives, and solution architects.
- Extensive experience leading high-level sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review/approval sessions.
- Proven business development skills with the ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations.
- Strong business operations acumen, including developing forecasts and/or business plans, statement of work development, and managing towards margin and utilization goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with expert presentation abilities.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
