The Position

Senior Account Executive

Location

Chicago, IL

Essential Functions:

1. Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with key players across assigned accounts.
2. Ensure best in class management of accounts while advocating for sustainable brand growth. Truly embrace all aspects end to end.
3. Prospect “brand right” accounts, leverage existing relationships, develop fresh partnerships and get after what is needed to grow brand awareness and placement.
4. Weekly sales analysis to ensure continued growth.
5. Consistent understanding of set KPIs and passion to obtain and exceed these goals.
6. Think creatively and always seek fresh ways to approach all obstacles.
7. Attend Trade Shows and Showroom appointments.

Qualifications:

1. Must have a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience.
2. Proven wholesale experience with a passion and knowledge of the industry.
3. Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with an ability to ease into new software programs.
4. Demonstrates solid motivation and ability to think creatively.
5. Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods.
6. Strong communication skills externally and internally.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability and dedication.
9. Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
10. Travel Required.
