Senior Account Executive - Healthcare Services

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. This role involves becoming the go-to contact for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, aiming to assist families with care options as they transition out of healthcare facilities. As a vital component of our company, you will drive lead generation, manage account relationships, and help families in urgent need of care find appropriate senior living or home care solutions swiftly. Ideal candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong sales background, and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in dealings with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, managing relationships and enhancing patient discharge processes.
  • Meet monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals and effectively converting these leads into family move-ins or in-home care arrangements.
  • Develop and expand a book of accounts, employing strategies such as networking, cold calls, and engaging presentations to grow referral volume.
  • Provide comprehensive education to families on their care options, guiding them through the process of selecting suitable senior living communities or home care agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure seamless service delivery and satisfaction of set targets.
  • Pilot and provide feedback on new sales initiatives and tools within your territory to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain daily local travel to engage directly with healthcare professionals, offering presentations and fostering robust partnerships.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in direct outside sales with a demonstrated record of exceeding quotas.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations and to successfully overcome objections.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment and capability to test and apply new sales strategies and tools.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the capacity to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability for extensive local travel within your designated territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or hospital sales.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools, with a preference for experience in Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a competitive edge.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
