- Compile and analyze sales & trading data to identify trends and patterns, offering insights to boost sales and organizational growth.
- Conduct customer analysis and data filtering to gauge sales productivity.
- Maintain and enhance current processes to optimize sales and trading operations.
- Manage special projects with little oversight, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Create dashboards and metrics that reveal actionable insights to maximize effectiveness.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to ad hoc requests from management and teams.
- Coordinate among teams, department leadership, and other departments to accelerate FIG and firm objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in mathematics, business, economics, or other quantitative field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Quantitative problem-solver and analytical thinker who can draw conclusions from multiple data sources.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: embraces change and the challenge to innovate that comes with it.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or relevant programming expertise.
