Job Description Summary: Reporting to the VP of Commercial Legal, the Senior Director of Commercial Legal will be responsible for the global sales and online agreements legal teams. The ideal candidate would be a proven leader in the commercial space, who has deep expertise in leading complex, strategic deals as well as a passion for innovation and leveraging technology to better scale the organization.
The Position
This Senior Director will lead a team responsible for providing representation for PayPalβs internal client base while overseeing a variety of critical legal services that have significant impact to the business.

Compensation and Benefits:
PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $143400 to $285450.
For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
