LHH is assisting a client look to add a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support financial forecasting, analysis, and decision-making processes to their team. This role will involve evaluating financial performance and providing insights to drive strategic business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Consolidate global operations data and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results against forecasts, identifying gaps in KPIs.
- Assist in developing targets for budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports related to raw materials and manufacturing expenses for management review.
- Support operations by providing financial data to facilitate decision-making.
- Contribute to special projects involving financial analysis and reporting.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, or accounting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with SAP and financial analysis tools is a plus.
